A social network prodigy discovers what the world looks like without Facebook. SPOILER: S**t gets kinda weird.

Warner Brothers has just become the first movie studio to offer their feature-length films for viewing on Facebook, beginning with their most successful ever: The Dark Knight.
On the movie’s official page, there is a link to “Watch The Dark Knight from Warner Bros.” which is the App’s official page. It looks like this:
After approving the app, for $3.00, or 30 Facebook Credits, you can skip ahead to all of Heath Ledger’s scenes as many times as you want for a period of 48 hours before your rental runs out.
Considering the sharply rising popularity of streaming media (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, et al.) and the fact that Facebook is the most popular website on the internet, providing content to customers without them having to leave the social network make sense to me. What do you think?
