Lady Gaga is going to release several songs from her upcoming album Born This Way a week before its May 23rd release date exclusively on… Wait for it…
FarmVille .
Over three days beginning next Tuesday, “players can complete tasks to unlock and stream a brand new unreleased song per day in GagaVille, [...] a farm within FarmVille, which will showcase Lady Gaga’s style and themes from the album, such as crystals, unicorns and and sheep on motorcycles.”
Riiiiiight…
Lady Gaga said she wanted to “celebrate and share Born This Way with my little monsters in a special way that’s never been done before… Zynga has created a magical place in FarmVille where my fans can come play and be the first to listen to the album.”
May God have mercy on our souls.

Bad Idea: Getting a tattoo of a corporate logo.
Worse Idea: Getting a tattoo of FarmVille’s corporate logo.
Worst Idea: Getting a tattoo of FarmVille’s corporate logo ON YOUR HAND.
According to the letter she submitted to FarmVille Freak, Kristen (the person attached to the hand) said that while it “may not be a cake[,] it expresses my love for the game.”
While I don’t understand her cake comment (my only experience with FarmVille is blocking my friends’ updates), I do know that Kristen’s tattoo expresses more than just her affinity for one of the internet’s greatest time-sucks.
Now, every time she meets someone and shakes his/her hand, she’ll also be saying “Hi. I’m a very poor decision maker, and lack any foresight whatsoever.”
And, yes, it’s on her mouse hand on purpose.
