  3. Kamzy says:

I never knew racism had reverse compatibility.

  4. Vilewoman says:

    Not funny and not witty.
I had a black man walk up to me and said “Are you afraid of me because I am black?”
I looked him up and down and replied..
“I am not afraid of anyone who can’t zip their fly”
He laughed, zipped up and said thanks.
See not funny or witty either, but true story.

  5. That’s actually pretty funny lol

  6. Pit Pat says:

Yeah, not really a fail here.

  7. GrillChop says:

Sounds like life is less confusing for n***as, if youre racist…

  8. djheru says:

“Well be careful! Ni–as got guns!”
Good advice. So he was actually concerned about her well being. By telling her that all members of the group that he is a member of are not concerned about her well being, and are in fact a danger to her.

He was trolling her! He might as well have said “This statement is not true”

  9. The_Dude_that_failed says:

Y U NO scared of us, white girl?

  10. Mooshki says:

The joke isn’t on the people involved, it’s on the complexities of racial tension. And it’s better to laugh at the issue than to get angry about it. Makes it easier to talk about and find solutions.

  11. Malakai says:

    Actually, this is kinda sad.

  12. He who is not to be named says:

I treat everyone equally, like crap. No gender or racial bigotry is found here.

    The unnamed One

  13. Baljeet says:

If I walked towards black people, I would just ask them for crack… I’m not scared of crack addicts..

  14. Sofa Spud says:

Skinny White Guy with no car is trying to get home late at night from “interesting” part of town where taxis don’t go at night. Approaching bus stop, he sees & is seen by Big, Mean-Looking Black Guy. SWG puts on game face, walks up and says, “Uh… Cross-town bus run all night long?” To which BMLBG whips his hands out of his pockets and starts clapping time, while singing “Doo-dah, doo-dah!”

    You just never know…

(credit Spider Robinson for the story)

  15. bitbot says:

I would cross the road to get away from people of all races. Equally.

  16. Randy Marsh says:

Dey waz afraid dat she waz afraid, but she not. Den they’z afraid she not afraid. Den deyz ‘fraid of not being fearfully lookin’ to her. Den she afraid dat she waz not afraid. Loddafraid but no fear.

  20. Jen says:

This would have been far funnier had it ended with “Give us your car.”

  21. jgt2598 says:

Racists (especially black racists) usually expect everyone to be racist (white supremecists usually think that non-racists and anyone who doesn’t think like them are morons). She wasn’t racist, she broke their flawed world view (like when a white supremecist encounters an intelligent black man). lol.

  22. Deus Ex says:

It’s not racist to cross the street when you see some black people walking your way, so long as you WOULDN’T cross the street if they were black men in suits. There’s a lot more than race available as information during that judgment. I have certainly crossed the street when a skeezy looking white guy in a hoodie was headed my way.

  23. frequently puzzled says:

I would have crossed the street because I am sexist, not racist. I also prefer to be safer and not sorrier. =D

  24. The Moomin says:

This reminded me of Crash. (The one with Matt Dillon, not the one with James Spader).

  25. rofl says:

    THIS ISN’T RACISM. It’s sexism.

  26. AJay says:

HILARIOUS! If I were to have witnessed this in person, I wouldn’t have been able to keep my composure…lol And let’s face it people, harmless racism can be quite funny… :)

  27. Justice says:

Funny how someone makes a race based joke (note, not racist, but race based) and everyone jumps in shouting racism. A girl points out an example of racism from an ethnic minority, and people jump in to defend it.

Recently, beard scratchers have been trying to promote the idea that you *can’t* be racist if you’re in the minority, which is of course absurd. They imply racist views when you’re in a minority is just a defense mechanism, but how does that work when you see things like, I dunno, that blacks and hispanics seem to hate each other? What do you do when two minorities display racism?

Folks, racism is, as defined by Webster’s, :a belief that race is the primary determinant of human traits and capacities and that racial differences produce an inherent superiority of a particular race.

Nothing at all about whether or not you’re a minority yourself and you feel other races are inferior.

    • Gretgor says:

Intelligence! You don’t belong on the internet! GTFO!

    • DrunkenShark says:

the UN stated in the 50′s that the term “race” did not apply. There are different human phenotypes but no different human races. People are just getting it wrong since then >:|

The only “race” that can work with “humans” is for the man-bear-pig *O*

      • KShults says:

In wordplay, often times the deciding factor isn’t a words exact definition, but instead a word’s understood meaning. The best example of this would be the word “gay”
It means happy, but everybody knows it as meaning homosexual. Race is the same thing, it doesn’t mean the same thing that we use it for, but it’s understood to be taken as a word for varied skin color and other subtler traits.

  28. snowcat says:

I honestly would have stayed and hung out in the hopes of further lulz. Or just to stay and hang out, whatever.

  29. Molly says:

F*cking funniest slice of life status yet!

  30. Random Citizen says:

Well, when teenage (or college) guys dress like punks and/or gangsters then they shouldn’t have a reason to get mad for stereotyping!
This is for white AND black AND Hispanic guys.
NOTE: I did not include other races because I have not yet seen any deliberately cultivating the “gangsta’” image here.
It’s like a girl complaining that she gets called a slut. Dress like a slut, get called a slut.
