I think I’ve heard way too many jokes about this song over that 2-3 years it’s been out to find them funny anymore. It might have been a little funny if the two Katy Perrys were different so it would feel less staged.

No, I didn’t actually mean too people who look like the singer Katy Perry. I meant that it would have been funnier if the person who wrote the status was different than the person who liked it so it felt more organic and less staged. I’m sure there are many fans who have fake Facebook pages under her name who could have done this. Considering that the “like” happened less than one minute after the status post, I doubt this is what happened, but it would be funnier if it did.
