No, 12AM is the start of the day. 11AM would be later that same day. Please tell me you come from a place that uses a 24 hour time clock & this is why you are confused by this.
The timestamp problem is that it doesn’t use the 24-hr clock, which would make much more sense. I mean, how logical is it that the day starts at 12 hours?

12 AM is midnight, 12 PM is noon, the timestamps are correct.
