They should have a separate facebook for seniors.

    • bill says:

No, kids should stop thinking they own the internet.

Anyone under 20 is a smelly hippy…get your hair cut and stop listening to all that Rock and Roll.

      • PBJ Platypus says:

I’ll have you know that my hair is quite short and I listen to a variety of genres, you crazy old man!

      • cooltatgar says:

        FYI: I’m 23
And, I listen to a lot of different kind of music, like classics for e.g.

I didn’t mean kids should “own” the internet, but they also can have their space their.

      • So how “old” are YOU??? Do you still listen to pre-rock stuff like crooners & big bands (that’s good stuff, too!!!)??? – but I was born in 1958 and I believe that rock is the best & will never die – I also think that Classical music is highly underrated, and it serves an equally cool backdrop to advertisements like rock does!!! By the way, people should not only listen to stuff like Gregorian chants but also learn what makes them so special—just look up “Overtones” on Wikipedia or the like and then listen for them in many types of music- they’re often quite awesome!!!

        • Since these posts are not in alphabetical order, I should point out that my comment that starts with…”So how “old” are you??? Do you still listen to pre-rock stuff…..etc….” is in response to the post by —–”bill
October 15, 2010 at 6:23 am” -AND, I may have been a hippy in my 20s, but I did shower daily!!!

  12. Thalia says:

Funny, but the submitter didn’t have to reveal the last names to tell us they were related.

  13. John says:

“MOM” and “DAD” go on the LEFT. So we can make sense of what they say AS we read it, not AFTER we read it.

    Currently, it’s like this:
    - So Emily is telling her boyfriend on facebook that she’s going to give him oral when she visits him in the evening. Then someone replies “I thought you were sleeping over at Julia’s house?”
    - I don’t get it.
    - Well you see, the guy who replied is her DAD!!!
    - Ooooooooh!!!

  14. ThatDarnCat says:

For all of your kids that have parent/teacher trouble on FB, make 2 accounts! Add your ‘rents and other undesirables to your ‘public’ account and don’t add them to your real account.

    Kids these days…

  15. Serves everybody right for communicating their family stuff on FB!!!
Most parents are a LOT cooler than most kids realize – their lives’ experiences will show them as time progresses… it seems to me like it was only yesterday when I was a typical angst-ridden hormonally crazed teen – and in my mind, except for the fact that time & experience have helped me to temper my mind & my comments/posts, I still AM that teen !!!- I’m still ME, kids….just older with time’s passage – don’t you guys get it??? We ARE you…. and you ARE us!!!

  16. So to conclude, we ALL can find common ground, we ALL can agree to disagree & still get along, and if you can’t/don’t, it’s because you’re all not trying hard enough!!! ” A peacemaker be, and the world shines more brightly”…. “compromise and be flexible or risk falling into the dark abyss of discord and failure” – and watch Family Guy together whenever possible…. LOL

    looks shopped…
