  8. Blah says:

Are people that starved for attention they share that they are sticking balls into orifices?

Why would this ever be considered a good idea?

    • alli says:

Kegeling is form of exercise used to strengthen pubococcygeus or “PC” muscles in women. It can help women have better bladder control and sex.

      • Siirenias says:

The muscle group exists in men as well, although I imagine that the muscles are different. It helps guys last longer, and with practice, they can last as long as they want.

Knowing what kegel exercises are makes this posting disturbing and evokes mental images I hoped I would not imagine.

And help you deliver an eight pound baby in one good quick push… true story!

  9. Hertz says:

Kegeln is german for a type of nine-pin bowling.

The pins are called Kegel and the aim is obviously to knock them over by using a Kegel ball.

The balls which are meant to be shoved up the female orifice are actually called Ben-Wa balls,

    • Chris says:

Haha, Ben-Wa balls *may* be balls intended to be inserted into the same place, but they are not the same thing. I don’t care if there are bowling balls in Germany called Kegel balls, they’re also not the same thing.

    • Xenobio says:

You’re wrong about female orifices, but thanks for the info about bowling. I’d always wondered why the local sports pages call bowlers “keglers”.

  10. laotzo says:

    no …schmo…

kegel exercises are exactly what the woman (i am sure) said…exercises to work the muscle groups down there. there are exercises without any equipment, for sure; but to say “no those are ben wa balls” just shows that you get most of your info on women and sex from the ‘net.

    • Patrick says:

Actually if you google it, kegel balls and ben wa balls are pretty much the same. Additionally, one website states:
      About Ben Wa Balls:
Invented hundreds of years ago, Ben Wa Balls were made to enhance sexual stimulation and to exercise the kegel muscles.

The same site sells ben wa balls that look exactly like kegel balls, as well as a weighted pelvic exerciser. I’m going with six of one, half-dozen of the other.

  11. Xenobio says:

I don’t see why you couldn’t use kegel balls at the gym as long as they don’t fall out.
