The only people who think it’s a bad idea to have parents on facebook are teenagers who don’t want their parents to know they get drunk and sleep around.
well actually i dont do any of that stuff, but my brother does, so to protect him i keep my parents computer illiterate.
Umm no. I don’t do either and I’d still block my parents on Facebook because old people are nosy and think they need to dole out advice.
Nothing wrong with parents being on facebook. Just don’t add your own parents.

I had a similar case. A friend of mine told me her mother “friended” her friends on FB and liked to stalk them to see what were they doing with their daughter (who BTW was hanging out with the school sluts but was not one of them per se).
