I really, really hate it when people call me a kid, which is basically what you did. I’m not “very young.” “Very young” is nine years old, I’m an adolescent, treat me as though I can think for myself, please, I’m not a dog who will fallow anybody. I’m also not like most people my age; I hate texting, for one, and take the time to spell as well as I can which sets me apart from a large portion of adults as well. So many people say “stop acting twelve,” when twelve year olds, while they can be mercilessly immature to be honest, generally take offense at being referred as children, as I do.
You can call yourself “mature” when you learn how to spell *follow. Also, I don’t know why you’re being so defensive about this. Is it because it’s true?
Thank you for pointing out my mistake, Maris, seeing where I went wrong and understanding how I can correct those mistakes in the future is the quickest way for me to learn. Writing and reading are several of my favorite activities, and I’m always looking for ways to improve my skills. I’m not being defensive. I know I’m young, but I’m not “very young.” When you think about it, it won’t be very long until I’m eighteen, only five years. I know I’m still a child, but that doesn’t mean I can’t be mature. I have a broader view of the world than most, I like to look at the entire picture rather than just one side of an argument. I do enjoy an intelligent conversation, which in why I don’t sink to petty insults at the first sign of confrontation, unlike some(no, I’m not implying you sunk to a petty insult, I’m referring to Davesucksass down below).
As a fellow Naruto fan, I tell you in the sincerest way, to STOP trying too be more mature than you actually are. You may think its cool to be all high and mighty, but it just makes you seem like you have a stick up your ass. Just letting you know. I used to be the same way.

Alright people it’s like this. Naruto is for whoever wants to watch it. period. I read it (I’m 18) I know people in every grade of undergraduate college that watch it. (we have an anime club =] ) My mom is hooked to it and she is 42. I know plenty of high schoolers and middle schoolers love the show. And finally way down there on the scale I know a five year old who thinks he is all that AND a bag of chips because he has a teddy bear, giant gourd (giant for him anyway) and he can draw Gaara’s symbol on his forehead (by himself). He has the rest of the costume as well. Anyway yeah Naruto is just a good series that can be enjoyed by all ages (well under 42 as far as I know….. but yeah)
Oh and another thing just because something is filled with violence or sex doesn’t make it mature… Nor does it assure that adults will enjoy it. Vice Versa the lack of violence and sex doesn’t make it only appeal to kids. Ok I think I’m done ranting now…..
