Worse, for an average of 8, for every first time that occurs age 17 or later, at least two would have to occur before the age of 8, and more as they get closer to 8. The longer any one person goes celibate, more would have to have sex younger than 8.

Yeah, even 16 sounds fishy to me too as I hardly know anyone who did it before then, and most people I know around 18. Maybe it’s the median age? It also depends on what you mean by “virginity”, you know, technical virgins and all. Sex at 8 is a crime in anyway I can think of it…
Well, in some countries… the legal ages for male and female teens ranges between 16 and 18 and in some situations 21.
although there aren’t any ways to control this… many teens are experimenting at around 12-15 years of age.
In Australia, the legal ages are (Girls) 16, (Males) 17. which is sorta good for the guys, since we reach our sexual peak between 17 and 21. for women, it comes in their late 20′s and early 30′s
