Thongs is referring to sandals, it’s a common word used in Australia, I’d say the guy was trying to throw his sandals on the ground and they flipped to the side, the word typo seems to be used a bit lightly these days. There you go, learn something new every day right.
Yeah, Australians (and older generations of Americans, let’s not forget them) can be referring to what my generation of Americans calls sandals when they say thongs, but I think in this case it probably was just a typo. Wishing for sandals to fall into place seems kinda strange to me.
Wow. This is just like a friend who tried describing, via Facebook for iPhone, that his mother had spit some of her food onto his dinner plate while he was in the other room blowing his nose. However, he typo’d it into “blowing my Jose”.
I’m Australian and so this didnt make sense to me at first because a THONG or THONGS are not underwear but are flip-flops, pluggers, sandals, jandals, ect ect.
As you can imagine I was fair confused trying to think of how your thongs could be out of place. Its not something that could cause a person to have a lot of trouble for an extended period of time or anything.
Heh.
when thongs don’t stay in place bad things could happen…Dea-rudaí a tharlaíonn siúd go fóill.
Yeah, you and me both.
Pesky things when they *are* in place, too.
And yet another good reason to stick with granny panties. They never slip out of place nor seem pervy.
nor area turn on

Freudian slip

And the ‘o’ key next to the ‘i’.
(sarcastic voice) I hate it when my thong isn’t on right.
your voice wasn’t sarcastic enough. now everyone knows you secretly wear thongs, good sir.
I think he was trying to say THINGS, he wasn´t talking about sandals or underwear .
